Development blueprints for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island included in the images.
Furthermore included in this recent document release appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up development schemes to transform the substantial island by constructing living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and includes a legend identifying distinct areas of the land.
In addition to this are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including plans for marina coverings.
Additional materials disclosed as part of the current investigative release.
